Cancellation / Refund

By placing an order through Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.  

1. General Subject to services availability. We try to maintain information about our solutions and services availability on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a  discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available services to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await for some more time to avail the services or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. Otherwise in normal cases there are no refund process available.   

2. Delivery, implementation and Shipping Costs Delivery, implementation and Shipping costs are calculated based on the order details, location, and destination of the items in the order. The actual Delivery, implementation and Shipping Costs will be informed to the customer in advance in writing and collected before delivery. 

3. Returns  Returns are not possible to process as services rendered cannot be taken back.  

4. Delivery Terms The delivery terms and duration are as confirmed to the customer in writing/ or by email and will be processed after successful receipt of payment.  

5. Duties & Taxes All applicable duties and taxes are applicable on all the orders and will be collected along with the payment for services.  

6. Cancellations If you change your mind before we have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed. If an order has already been processed then, please refer to our refund policy.
